Design Process

1. Onboarding

The first step to start would be filling out the intake form here. Please be sure to include as much relevant info as you can. After reviewing your inquiry, I’ll get back to you for any additional information. Then we can set up an onboarding phone call to discuss the project in more detail.

We will discuss things like your business, vision, what you are looking to get done, how the design will help your business, and any visual inspiration relevant to your project.

After the meeting I will send over a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit for project more than $150. A payment plan can be arrange prior. Once that is signed off and paid, your project will be officially ready to start!

2. Strategy/Visual Direction

Depending on the type and scope of the project, I will either work on the project directly, or provide more strategy and visual direction and start our design. For this phase we are hoping to find the main design that suits your needs best. This is the phase where we will get our first draft.

3. Revisions

In this phase we will tweak the design from the previous phase to better fit what you’re looking for. There will be 2-3 rounds of revisions based on previous discussion during the first phase. Any additional revisions will be done hourly.

4. Launch

After receiving final approval and processing payment, I will package and transfer all files to you. The files will be in a wide range of formats and variations that will be suitable for print and web depending on your need.
